Day 21: A Song for the Lonely

One of Cher's latest hits that was released on the 2002 album Living Proof. A new album is surely exciting news after 10 years, even though Cher made sure to keep herself busy for her fans by touring around the world, rocking the Caesar's Palace and making a comeback to the silver screen!

You haven't seen the last of Cher! There are still a few more artworks left to do before jumping to the royal cards (Jack, Queen, King). These are two final sketches done yesterday. The project is going well, fellow fans!

This is pretty much as far as we could get from the barely there see-through fishnet suit from "Turn Back Time"! The bulky winter look has won this week's poll to represent "A Song for the Lonely", followed somewhat closely by one of Bob Mackie's glittery creations for The Farewell Tour. Still, this outfit from the song's music video proves well that Cher can make every possible fashion her own! It might not be the typical Cher look, but her trademark black hair and witty personality still shine through with that funky striped tuque. Another good choice, fellow fans!

The "Song for the Lonely" poll!

It's the last poll of the year, fellow fans! You have one week to decide which outfit will be paired with Cher's 2001 hit "A Song for the Lonely" from the album Living Proof, her latest so far.

1st is Cher's winter dress up as she walks around the streets of New York in the music video. 2nd, 3rd and 4th are alternate outfits she wore throughout The Farewell Tour -the tour which followed the release of the album Living Proof- to perform the song in the opening segment. And 5th is the outfit she wore at the Colosseum show in Vegas for that song. It was another Farewell outfit for "Song for the Lonely" slightly updated with a new headdress.
