More precisely in 1991 from the album Love Hurts, which was certainly a great success for Cher as it also contains 3 more fan-favorite hits that inspired artworks for the Cher Playing Cards project: "Save Up All Your Tears", "Love Hurts" and "The Shoop Shoop Song".
